Upon each visit, you will pick up batteries, have your ears checked for wax, your hearing aids thoroughly cleaned, any software updates automatically downloaded into your hearing aids, as well as be entered for a special weekend event drawing that will be given away every season of the year. It is very important that you take advantage of each quarterly follow-up visit.
