Kelly is State Licensed as a Hearing Aid Specialist in Oregon and is Board Certified by the National Board for Certification in Hearing Instrument Sciences.
Kelly is a second generation Hearing Aid Specialist with over 14 years of experience. His dedication to his patients makes Kelly an integral part of the Willoughby team.
At Willoughby, we believe that patients want to know that we care before they care about what we know. Our business philosophy is to help those, not by telling them what they have to do, but rather informing them of their options. Our Specialists determine the patient’s needs based on their unique and personal environment.
Kelly says that his greatest joy is "matching a patient’s personal hearing needs and lifestyle with today's incredibly sophisticated technology". He says, "I know my professional goals have been reached when I see the smiles on my patient’s faces."

Sports and music are two of Kelly's favorite pastimes that he shares with his wife Linda.
