Jessica is State Licensed as a Hearing Aid Specialist in Oregon.

Jessica always knew she wanted her life’s work centered on helping others. While in her last year of college she came across an opportunity to learn the hearing aid business and after graduating with a Criminal Justice degree, she pursued that opportunity.

At Willoughby, we believe that patients want to know that we care before they care about what we know. Our business philosophy is to help those, not by telling them what they have to do, but rather informing them of their options. Our Specialists determine the patient’s needs based on their unique and personal environment.

Jessica is in our Portland center on Monday, Wednesday & Thursday and in our Oregon City center on Tuesday and Friday.

Jessica was born in Battle Ground, Washington and has lived in the Northwest her entire life. She and her husband Jared are expecting their first child in January.
