Bob is a licensed Hearing Aid Specialist, board certified in Hearing Instrument Sciences.

The journey to better hearing and understanding starts with Bob’s patience. He listens, he asks questions and he engages in a dialogue to understand each person’s unique hearing difficulties. With over 16 years of hands on experience, Bob takes responsibility for each person he sees to develop a plan of action to improve their journey for better hearing. His dedication and commitment makes him an integral member of the Willoughby team of hearing healthcare providers.

At Willoughby, we believe that patients want to know that we care before they care about what we know. Our business philosophy is to help those who are seeking better hearing, not by telling them what they have to do, but rather informing them of their options. Our Specialists determine the patient’s needs based on their unique and personal environment.

Bob says that one of his greatest rewards is when one of his satisfied patients refers a friend or family member for hearing help. “Today’s technology truly is remarkable and it really does work, from whistle free technology, to speech mapping which allows for very fine adjustments, to the clearest speech for enhanced speech intelligibility.” Bob says.

Unlike hearing aids of the past, the value that the new technology offers far exceeds the initial investment. A recent patient comment was, “Why did I wait so long? This is the best hearing of my life.”

Bob and his wife Kim have two grown children and are enjoying their empty nest. They are in a bowling league and participate in Jazzercise to keep healthy. Their newest adventure is golf; they just want to break the century mark one time.
